Dr. Bernd Malmström

Dr. Bernd Malmström je postal član Nadzornega sveta družbe v decembru 2005. Bil je izvoljen za predsednika nadzornega sveta IFCO SYSTEMS, 26. septembra 2006. G. Malmström je študiral pravo na univerzah v Kiel in Freiburgu (Nemčija) in ima doktorat iz prava. G. Malmström dela kot odvetnik. Pred tem je na različnih vodstvenih položajih pri Deutsche Bahn AG, Stinnes AG, Schenker-Rhenus-Group in VEBA AG. G. Malmström služi tudi kot član odbora v naslednjih družbah: BLG Logistics Group AG & Co KG (Svetovalni odbor), Deutsche Afrika Linien-GmbH & Co KG (Svetovalni odbor), čas: zadeve GmbH (Predsednik Svetovalnega odbora), Fraport AG (Svetovalni odbor do 31. decembra 2009), HHLA Intermodal GmbH (Nadzorni svet), K + S AG (Nadzorni svet), VTG AG (Nadzorni svet), Lehnkering GmbH (Predsednik Nadzornega sveta), Stinnes Corporation, New York (Predsednik Nadzornega sveta do 31. decembra 2009) in Schweizer Bundesbahn SBB AG (član upravnega odbora). G. Malmström je bil najprej imenovan za obdobje štirih (4) let in bil ponovno imenovan še za nadaljnje obdobje štirih (4) leta 27. marca 2009.
